Friendly, excellent hospitality & very helpful staff. Good n strategic location. Spacious room. Very recommended for those attending any event at WTC ???? walking distance. Need not worry on parking. Definitely will stay here again.

The hotel is clean. The room is big and clean. The location is attached to Sunway Putra Mall and nearby to LRT station.

Value for money stay, was given an upgrade when we checked in very late at around midnight. Clean room, location isnt the best but I guess this explains the value for money stay. For those looking for more things to do will prefer staying at Bukit Bintang or closer to where the happening places are.

Nice KL city view from the hotel and swimming pool! Especially view of KL tower, Twin Tower as well as Medera 101! Great location nearby by WTC however hotel cleanliness and toilet facilities need to be improved!

Had a great experience staying here. The staff went above the bar in rendering their exceptional service. When we arrived, Ruban handled our check in. All went smoothly even though it was a weekend. He was patient with handling our requests and did his best to accede to them where possible. After checking in, we went to concierge to collect our luggage. Shervin made us feel more than welcome which we did not exoerience in some other hotels.
However we feel there are some improvement to make.
1. The pillows need to be replaced as they are too old and not comfortable
2. The toilet lights are too dim. Needs to be brighter.
Other than that all are good!

The hotel is conveniently located next to rapid transit and within 5 km from KLCC, therefore hotel pick up for local tour is valuable. It’s also next to the shopping mall where you can find lots of restaurants there. There is a supermarket downstairs, so you don’t need to worry about missing any essentials.
A nice hotel to stay for a few days visiting KL, regardless of rain or shine, at a reasonable price.

Great location, linked with Sunway Putra Mall and near to PWTC, the lobby was nice, the room was just okay, it was clean and cozy, but the amenities provided was so basic, could be improve, they have both adults and children’s pool, they were clean but the jacuzzi was not activated. I love the variety of their breakfast and tasted great.

酒店房間很大，又乾凈，只是有時候會聽到隔離房間說話。酒店樓下有大商場，吃喝玩樂沒有問題，值得再入住。

酒店環境、設備、衞生都不錯，早餐也可以。但是酒店房間很小，小到竟然本房間里沒有空調開關，窗戶也很小，在屋里走動都比較費勁。第一次入住，對比新加坡其他區域holiday inn的空間確實小了些。

樓下就是商場，很好，商店有很多，負一樓有換錢的店，還有一家蘭州拉麪味道很不錯，5樓有一個泰式按摩店，累了可以上去按
