第一次馬來之旅首站入住選了很久，最后看距離地鐵站近選了這家，入住又續住一晚，住了三天很舒適。房間寬敞設施完善，窗外景色也不錯。
酒店和商業是一體的，所以入住后休閑購物和餐飲都很方便，樓下的餐飲嘗試了三四家都很不錯！
工作人員熱情友好，管理周到。

酒店非常好，房間很大，很多房間，我們住31層，帶陽臺，側面可以看到雙子塔！大堂在九層，早點也是，有露天泳池，樓下是雙威商場，地下一層是超市，和商場相連的，還有黃線城鐵，非常方便！

房間很寬敞，陽臺風景很漂亮，可看見吉隆坡塔和雙峯塔
樓下就是商場和輕軌，吃東西和去哪都很方便
如果開車需要交停車費，一天RM13
總體來説，服務人員熱情與友善，體驗感不錯

這次住吉隆坡雙威太子酒店，真的選對了！一進房間就覺得很舒服，衞浴區的洗漱臺用著順手，衣帽間的空間夠大，放行李和衣服完全不擠。酒店細節也做得好，洗漱臺旁的化粧鏡、茶幾上的酒店活動和服務也擺放整齊，看得出來很用心。位置也方便，出門1公里就是夜市，吃榴蓮便宜，逛景點也近，下次來吉隆坡還住這兒！

1.前臺辦理入住實在太慢了 下午三點前面三個客人就等了快半小時 后面排了好長的隊。
2.預訂時選了兩張單人床，但工作人員説無法滿足只能給大床，不明白三點準時入住為何不能安排兩張床？不是先到先得嗎？
3.隔音一般，可能樓下是輕軌，固定頻率有軌道滑過的噪音，最大的噪音來自其他房間半夜三更時不時開門關門聲音讓人煩躁。
4.被子有霉味
5.優點是房間夠大，空調夠給力，電話叫工作人員送物資及時。樓下商場餐飲齊全好逛好吃，叫車方便。

The Good:
· Above & Beyond Service: Received a complimentary upgrade to a suite at check-in. The staff were fantastic.
· Excellent Room: The suite was spacious, very clean, and provided a comfortable stay.
· Supportive Gym: The personal trainer was incredibly helpful for a beginner like me, offering patient guidance.
· Prime Location: Direct access to a major mall right next door.
· Breakfast Heaven: The breakfast buffet is not to be missed. A rich spread with diverse local cuisines.
Standout Dishes:
· Chapati: Fresh, soft, and delicious.
· Nasi Lemak: Aromatic rice with perfectly balanced sambal.
· Braised Ee-Fu Noodles (燜伊府面): Savory, flavorful, and expertly cooked.
Verdict: A top-tier hotel that pays attention to the details, from the gym to the kitchen. An exceptional experience from start to finish.

A well maintained hotel. The room we had was big. The check in process was smooth. The breakfast was delicious but I hope they can learn from Sunway pyramid hotel in terms of the variety. The location is easy, just next to a train station.

Simple and comfortable room.. Shower room quote spacious.. Water heater works well.. TV has utube in it.. Parking tiket is free but need to verified at concierge.. Don't use touch n go for the parking if u stay at the hotel.. Take the ticket instead..

I come for my doughter graduation at WTC KL. It just behind the hotel just cross the road and you dont have to worried where to park your car. This time i arrived at hotel late almost 4.30pm. I was served by sweet girl Intern from indonesia at the front desk. No deposit required and at the last minutes i decided to buy a buffet breakfast rm130 for 2 person ??.
Come to the room i choose Deluxe room and the room was very spacious. Comfy bed and clean linen. There is 2 seater sofa. Iron and iron board also provided. The airconditioned good. And one extra pillow.
The breakfast was good. I tried tosei it was cook upon request. But this time i cannot try many food because i was rushing to attend the Convocation ceremony.
Will come to this hotel again whenever come to KL.
